A random act of procrastination resulted in eggplant wedges (Master Chef, here I come)... Meet Pluto, my dog... Ok, so I don't really have a dog, it's just a picture of a cute doggie on the bag that my Peter Alexander goodies came in... And unbelievable, but true - people working out at the gym late at night... Who are these people?!
Hey, those eggplant wedges look just as yummy as you said they were. Can you please email me the recipe when you're not carvorting around having american adventures? I've already bought the cornflake crumbs!!

OMG. Two years later, I find out someone commented on a post and actually reads this thing! Haha... From memory, I cut my eggplant into wedges; dusted in flour; coated in eggs (beaten); covered them in cornflake crumbs; then pan fried them in a little oil... Lx
